About The Position

Our technology is deeply embedded within the staffing and recruitment ecosystem, helping firms accelerate placements, improve fill rates, and drive greater consultant efficiency. As demand for AI-enabled recruitment solutions continues to grow, DaXtra is expanding its commercial team and looking for ambitious sales professionals who understand the staffing industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands the staffing and recruitment agency landscape, enjoys consultative selling, and is motivated by building pipeline and closing strategic SaaS opportunities in a rapidly evolving market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling recruitment technology, ATS, CRM, or HR tech solutions
  • Strong understanding of staffing, agency recruitment, or workforce solutions environments
  • Ability to build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for AI, recruitment technology, and the future of staffing
  • Ability to position solutions within existing recruitment tech ecosystems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into staffing firms, recruitment agencies, or RPO organizations
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Avionté, Mercury, Erecruit, or other staffing platforms
  • Experience selling AI-driven, search, parsing, matching, or automation solutions
  • Mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Existing network within the staffing and recruitment industry

Responsibilities

  • Sell DaXtra’s AI-powered recruitment technology solutions to staffing and recruitment organizations
  • Position DaXtra as an intelligence layer that enhances existing ATS and CRM platforms
  • Run consultative discovery conversations around recruiter productivity, candidate sourcing, search, matching, and database optimization
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to staffing and agency recruitment workflows
  • Manage opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation and close
  • Build and develop your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to drive successful outcomes
  • Develop relationships with recruitment leaders, operations stakeholders, and technology decision-makers within staffing organizations
