Sales Executive VIP - Sunrise Lodge
About The Position
This is an opportunity to earn $100K+ annually without a real estate license by joining Hilton Grand Vacation's award-winning sales team. The role involves helping guests discover vacation experiences while building your own future with achievable bonus levels, day-one benefits, and a supportive culture. The VIP Sales Executive will welcome future vacation owners by presenting the Company’s Vacation Introductory Program, leading guests through sales presentations, and conducting exit surveys for those who do not purchase, ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience.
Requirements
- Proven sales track record with the ability to accept coaching and direct feedback
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment and resolve complex customer service issues.
Nice To Haves
- 6 months + of VIP package experience with a branded company
- 2-3 years of related experience
Responsibilities
- Educate and sell the VIP program/package to generate maximum sales in vacation ownership
- Survey toured guests about their thoughts and opinions with regard to our product and presentations to validate a positive sales experience
- Ensure customer happiness by following through with all sales by phone conversation to reduce the cancellation rate
- Efficiently sell VIP packages at the required production of 13.5%
- Complete the agreements in accordance with all rules and regulations
- Conduct a positive and insightful presentation to every guest that is referred to you
