Our teams work across the entire facility lifecycle, offering solutions in Building Controls, Energy Efficiency, Energy Advisory, and Facility Management. We are seeking a skilled B2B sales professional with experience in energy procurement brokerage or supplier sales, specializing in electricity, natural gas, and green energy. This role is crucial for driving new business growth and expanding our reach into small and medium-sized business accounts (typically 50-5,000 MWh). It's a high-volume sales position focused on cold calling and outreach to build client relationships and manage energy spend through procurement, energy efficiency, and other Mantis offerings. The position reports to the Director of Sales, Energy SMB Accounts and has a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in-office per week, with 10-20% travel for client meetings and events.
