Our client is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO and performance marketing , helping businesses scale through data-driven organic growth strategies. They work with a diverse portfolio of international clients and are known for delivering measurable ROI and long-term growth outcomes. We are hiring a Sales Executive with proven experience in SEO or digital marketing agency sales . This is a high-impact role focused on driving new business through outbound sales. This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be based in Cape Town for quarterly in-person team meetups and strategy sessions .

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience within an SEO, digital marketing, or marketing agency environment
  • Minimum 2+ years in a Sales Executive or Business Development role
  • Strong understanding of SEO services and digital marketing solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
  • Experience with outbound sales and high call volumes
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Must be based in Cape Town (required for quarterly meetups)

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Identify, qualify business opportunities in the SEO/digital marketing space
  • Conduct discovery calls and present tailored SEO solutions to potential clients
  • Maintain and update pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs
  • Stay up to date with SEO trends and digital marketing innovations
