About The Position

Join the Equiliem Team and Unleash Your Potential! At Equiliem, we are more than a national recruiting firm—we are an award-winning organization continuing to grow our Precision staffing practice. We are looking for an experienced Staffing Sales Executive who understands how to hunt, win, and grow new business within an agency staffing environment. This is a staffing agency sales position. Previous B2B staffing sales/business development experience is required. Candidates whose sales experience is exclusively outside of the staffing industry will not be a fit for this opportunity. Experience selling skilled labor, manufacturing, engineering, technical, or industrial staffing solutions is highly preferred. As a Sales Executive with Equiliem's Precision Team, you will be responsible for generating net-new staffing business and developing your own book of business across mid-market and enterprise clients. This is a true hunter role. We are looking for someone who already understands the staffing sales cycle and is comfortable prospecting into new accounts, cold calling and conducting outbound outreach, identifying hiring needs, building relationships with decision-makers, negotiating staffing agreements, closing business, and partnering with recruiting teams to successfully deliver talent. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of B2B staffing agency sales experience and a proven track record of bringing in new staffing clients and growing accounts. You will have the autonomy to develop your territory, build your pipeline, and directly impact the continued growth of Equiliem's Precision staffing division.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales/business development experience within a staffing agency.
  • Demonstrated success generating net-new staffing business.
  • Proven experience operating in a hunter/new-business-development role.
  • Experience selling temporary, contract, contract-to-hire, and/or direct-hire staffing solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold call, conduct outbound outreach, and develop new client relationships.
  • Experience managing the full staffing sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Experience building and maintaining a sales sales pipeline.
  • Proven ability to work toward revenue, gross profit, activity, and new-business goals.
  • Experience selling directly to HR, Talent Acquisition, operations, hiring managers, and other organizational decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of how sales and recruiting teams work together within a staffing agency.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience working within a CRM and maintaining accurate sales activity.
  • Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and sense of urgency.
  • General B2B sales experience without staffing agency sales experience does not meet the experience requirements for this position.
