Sales Account Executive | Washington State Territory (Field Based) Compensation: Base $50,000 + uncapped commission Perks: $600/month car allowance, mileage reimbursement, company phone and laptop Own your territory, grow an existing book of 50–75 accounts from day one, and earn uncapped commissions with a global leader in energy. Requirements

  • 1–5 years of outside sales experience
  • High energy, self-motivated, and driven to win
  • Enjoy prospecting, relationship building, and being in the field
  • Strong communicator who can influence and close deals
  • Organized, accountable, and customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable selling to both small businesses and large enterprises

Nice To Haves

  • Retail sales with quotas, logistics/distribution, industrial or B2B sales, or adjacent oil and gas experience

Responsibilities

  • Own a territory and drive new business growth across fuel cards, delivered fuel, and lubricants
  • Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build pipeline through cold outreach, field visits, and account expansion
  • Manage and grow your existing book of business while winning new logos
  • Become the trusted advisor to customers from small businesses to large enterprises
  • Identify opportunities through data, trends, and customer insights
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and performance tracking
  • Travel locally with up to 30% overnight travel
  • Spend the majority of your day in the field meeting customers
  • Build and manage pipeline through targeted prospecting
  • Lead proposals, pricing discussions, and negotiations
  • Work cross-functionally to launch and grow accounts
  • Drive both retention and new business wins
