About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic B2B setting, excel at building new business relationships, and are driven to increase revenue. The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, by establishing meaningful relationships, understanding client needs, and providing customized facility service solutions. The position emphasizes proactive prospecting, relationship building, and strategic selling to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in outside sales).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to various work environments (industrial, medical, office, retail, etc.).
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

  • Explore new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
  • Perform market research to understand industry trends and potential opportunities.
  • Conduct building surveys, present proposals, and finalize sales by addressing client needs and objections.
  • Build and nurture relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations.
  • Carry out competitive analysis and stay updated on developments in the facility maintenance sector.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Represent City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community activities.
