Requirements

  • 1-2 years of outside B2B sales experience, prefer most recent job experience in outside sales
  • Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory
  • Proficiency in CRM systems to include strong data entry and organization of sales data
  • Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality
  • Can-do attitude that loves to be challenged
  • Organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to close
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify promising potential clients to build a thriving pipeline.
  • Launch the sales process by booking appointments, understanding client needs, and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Close deals by building trust, highlighting our service benefits, addressing any concerns, and securing contracts.
  • Commit at least 20 hours each week to proactive prospecting of new business opportunities.
  • Utilize and maintain your customer relationship management system (CRM) to keep client information current and organized.
  • Manage and nurture your prioritized Hot 25 client list within the CRM for focused engagement.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work atmosphere through professional communication with clients, peers, and supervisors.
  • Embrace additional responsibilities assigned by management to help drive our continued growth.
