About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This role focuses on B2B sales, building new business relationships, and driving revenue. The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals. Success in this role requires establishing meaningful relationships, understanding client needs, and providing customized facility service solutions. The position emphasizes proactive prospecting, relationship building, and strategic selling to foster business growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in outside sales).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to various work environments (industrial, medical, office, retail, etc.), where air quality and temperature may vary.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check due to the safety-sensitive nature of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Explore new business opportunities by discovering and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
  • Perform market research to gain insights into industry trends and potential opportunities.
  • Conduct building surveys, present proposals, and finalize sales by addressing client needs and objections.
  • Build and nurture relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations.
  • Carry out competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with developments in the facility maintenance sector.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools to monitor and follow up on leads.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and service delivery for new clients.
  • Act as a representative for City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community activities.
