About The Position
This position will focus on the outside sales of the facility: including but not limited to weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, corporate meeting and events. Coordinator will work closely with the customer to ensure appropriate accommodations including video and sound equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field AND Five (5) years of experience in sales OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge and skills, and abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Sales & Events Manager with developing sales plans, identify new prospects and set appointments.
- Works in conjunction with The Kroc Centers Program Department for each scheduled event.
- Works in conjunction with The Kroc Centers Membership and Guest Services Coordinator with scheduling tours of the facility and organizing open houses for local civic groups, parties, and social groups.
- Quotes prices for facility rentals, schedules events in the scheduling system.
- Maintains rental agreements to include processing deposits/payments and refunds of deposits.
- Ensures customers adhere to rental agreement terms and conditions: adhering to schedule, set up and clean up.
- Works with Finance Department to ensure all payments are processed accurately.
