About The Position

Join the sales team at Hotel Indigo Nashville – The Countrypolitan, a boutique lifestyle hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville. We are seeking a detail-oriented, hospitality-driven professional who is looking to grow a long-term career in hotel sales. This role ensures seamless execution of group bookings, accurate system management, and exceptional client communication. The Sales & Event Manager will detail all group business at the hotel. This role will be assigned additional market segments.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
3+ years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
OPERA PMS & DELPHI experience
A warm, people-oriented demeanor
A team-first attitude

Responsibilities

This role will be assigned additional market segments.
Work closely with revenue management and marketing functions to develop strategies to maximize REV/PAR and grow market share
Maintain and promote teamwork with effective and clear communication
Ensures hotel meets or exceeds budgeted goals
Follow and track company cross-sell procedures
Create a focus on attracting new business
Lead on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives
Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating a proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence, BEOS, & billing)
