As the Sales Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, technology, and business to help our prospects understand exactly how Enlace creates financial and clinical value, and to turn that understanding into revenue. This is a high-visibility role working directly with executive buyers at leading health plans and provider organizations. Success Measures: In 3 months: Demonstrate strong fluency in Enlace’s platform, value-based care use cases, and payer/provider workflows. Effectively partner with AEs on active opportunities, contributing to discovery, demos, and solution discussions. Deliver standard demos and support ROI modeling and RFIs/RFPs with guidance. Build strong working relationships with other internal teams, including Client Success, Product, and Technology. In 6 months: Own the technical and solution strategy for multiple sales opportunities from discovery through close. Lead complex discovery and deliver tailored demos, solution architectures, and executive-level ROI narratives. Independently own technical RFI/RFP responses and coordinates cross-functional inputs. Support opportunities that progress to late-stage pipeline and closed-won deals. In 12 months:Consistently influence the close of complex, enterprise payer and provider deals. Elevate sales effectiveness by creating reusable demo assets, solution templates, and ROI frameworks. Serve as a trusted subject-matter expert in executive buyer conversations on value-based care and Enlace’s differentiation. Shape product and go-to-market strategy through structured market and prospect feedback.
