The Sales Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety rules and educating teams on preventive measures to achieve safety objectives. This role involves participating in the building of annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and mid-term plans for their perimeter. The Sales Engineer will execute sales forecasting activities, set performance goals, and implement commercial roadmaps. They will analyze sales trends, prepare reports for management, and advise on business strategies. This position requires coordinating the effectiveness of sales and development strategies, reviewing and analyzing performances against programs, quotes, and plans, and ensuring business is servicing existing customer bases while developing new growth opportunities. The Sales Engineer will develop plans and strategies for new commercial opportunities and achieving sales goals, with a strong ability to build both internal and external relationships. Responsibilities include account management for medium accounts and supporting Key Account Managers or Sales Directors for larger accounts, which involves negotiating contracts, identifying growth/profitability improvement opportunities, and advancing customer relationships. The role also requires applying pricing policies, establishing and nurturing relationships with assigned customers, identifying sales development targets, elaborating and implementing development strategies, and ensuring forecast accuracy in collaboration with the Customer Service Team. A key part of the role involves visiting customer sites, providing technical guidance and service, feeding back product and application information to the technical department, and working closely with the technical department to resolve customer technical issues.
