Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of abrasives machinery and/or application which are grinding, honing and polishes processes.
  • Abrasive or industrial machinery background.
  • No job hopping history.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients, clearly articulating how our solutions can improve their processes, lower costs, or increase productivity.
  • Consult with customers, sales teams, and engineers to assess specific equipment and system requirements, and recommend improved materials or machinery tailored to their needs.
  • Plan and modify product configurations to meet specific customer demands and provide expert post-sale support and troubleshooting for any product-related issues with installed equipment.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to securing and renewing orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (both technical and procurement) at customer sites and within the distribution network.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing teams on alignment of sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback using CRM software and other sales tracking tools.
  • Travel frequently (up to 50-75% of the time, as required) to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events.
