This role sits within the Business Development team and acts as the primary technical owner during project intake, scoping, feasibility evaluation, and pricing development. This individual functions as a pre-sales engineer allocated to BD, bridging customer requirements, internal engineering teams, and commercial strategy to ensure new projects are accurately scoped, technically viable, and competitively priced.
