We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer or Enterprise Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for our largest and most strategic customers. In this role, you will aid in the sales process and drive customer success by overseeing technical components of the sales cycle, workflows, implementation, and adoption to ensure long-term retention and growth of each account. As a SE or TAM, you will partner with our Sales and Account Management teams and also work closely with our Product, and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and identify growth opportunities. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strategic relationship management to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes. This is a hybrid role which requires at least 2 days in office per week at our Portland, OR or Boulder, CO office and ability to work from home the remaining days. Salary range is $100,000-$120,000.
