About The Position

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in Staples’ go-to-market strategy by partnering with business development teams and engaging directly with enterprise customers. You’ll lead onboarding for new clients, design scalable program solutions, and serve as a subject matter expert across Staples’ eCommerce and customer programs.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years Sales or Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of customer setup processes
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience with enterprise stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to travel

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • eCommerce onboarding experience
  • Knowledge of set up system, Sunrise, third party punchouts, and test environments strongly preferred
  • Understanding of procurement and integration standards including: cXML, EDI, OCI, Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Order Responses (POR), Advanced Ship Notices (ASN), and e-invoicing
  • Experience with Staples systems
