Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in metalworking, machining, or cutting tools.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to satisfy customer facility access requirements and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Territory Growth: Develop new end-user customers and expand existing accounts. Strengthen distributor relationships to increase market coverage and product penetration. Identify new business opportunities and execute regional growth strategies. Achieve sales goals while supporting key marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver Technical Solutions: Provide tooling recommendations and application support for customer manufacturing processes. Support customers with technical expertise and troubleshooting. Promote key product lines, including solid carbide drills, high-performance taps, and indexable tooling solutions.
  • Build Strong Customer Partnerships: Conduct regular customer and distributor visits throughout the territory. Understand customer challenges, operational goals, and future tooling requirements. Share market insights and customer feedback with Product Management teams to support future innovation.
  • Train, Coach & Support: Deliver product training sessions for distributor and customer teams. Lead new product introduction activities and technical presentations. Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and channel partners.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Keep CRM records, customer contacts, and opportunities up to date. Follow all company safety requirements and customer-specific site protocols. Travel throughout the assigned territory, with occasional international travel. Operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle.
