Ribbon is looking for a proven Sales Engineer with deep Security Operations (SecOps) expertise specific to telecommunications networks. This is a customer-facing role supporting US & Canada Service Provider accounts. The Sales Engineer (SE) will act as a subject matter expert in telecom security, providing technical leadership during sales engagements, and supporting demos, trials, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities with a strong emphasis on securing real-time communications infrastructure (e.g., SBCs, SIP networks, IMS, and cloud-native telecom platforms). The SE will engage directly with customer engineering and security teams, aligning Ribbon solutions with customer security requirements while maintaining strong account relationships and supporting successful solution selection.
