ARC Technologies LLC, a Hexcel company, is the leading manufacturer of Radio Frequency (RF) and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) absorbing materials for defense and wireless applications worldwide and part of Hexcel, a global leader in advanced composites technology. Hexcel is currently seeking a Sales Engineer for our Amesbury, MA, USA location. The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Generate new Sales from existing new customers and territories. Work closely with cross-functional teams as the 'voice of the customer' to create strategies, establish priorities, and manage the sales deliverable process Lead the development of customer solutions by performing analysis of customer needs and available resources. Lead the interface with the customer and internal resources to keep both apprised of key issues and concerns. Leverage resources and knowledge of products, services, processes, and operations to support customer commitments, gain competitive advantages and foster business growth Work closely with R&T to develop innovative new products and solutions for technically challenging customer applications Ability to establish relationships with key customer contacts. Build collaborative relationships. Adapt communication style and techniques to a variety of communication channels including virtual, written, or face to face communication. Negotiate Long Term Agreements (LTAs) striving for increase market share while maintaining or growing profitability Willing to travel approximately 25%-30%. When not travelling, you will be based in our Amesbury, MA office.
