Requirements

  • Higher education in business, economics, marketing or a related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work independently in an international context
  • Interest in technology and industrial environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly (20–30%) within the US

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a customer portfolio across the US
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities with industrial clients
  • Understand customer business challenges and translate them into tailored I-care solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, marketing) and local sales colleagues
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
  • Travel approximately 20–30% of your time across the US for customer visits, meetings and events
  • Contribute actively to international revenue growth and strategic sales objectives
