About The Position

This is one of the largest, least-modernized markets in the world. Trillions in spending, almost no real software. Our founding team comprises of a repeat founder that exited to a Fortune 500, a previous tech lead at Meta SuperIntelligence, and a development director that built $2B+ of projects. We combine expert services with AI agents so teams can move faster, eliminate errors, and scale with precision.

Requirements

  • High ownership, high agency — you own the outcome, not just the task
  • Relentless and resourceful; you find a way to the right person
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Genuine curiosity about physical development and how AI is changing the industry
  • Coachable and fast-learning; you act on feedback immediately
  • Comfortable with rejection and high-volume outreach

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Build AI agents and workflows to automate research, outreach, and pipeline work
  • Prototype tooling that lets a tiny team sell like a big one
  • Research target accounts and find the right people to talk to
  • Build and maintain prospect lists, powered by the agents you create
  • Draft and send personalized outreach, increasingly automated by what you build
  • Book qualified meetings for the founding team and sit in to learn the craft
  • Sit in on demos and translate what customers need into things we can build
  • Track what messaging lands and feed insights back to the team
