About The Position

The Sales Engineer I will analyze customer needs, design appropriate solutions, and communicate the value proposition clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Success in this role results in increased customer satisfaction, higher sales conversion rates, and the establishment of long-term client relationships. Ultimately, the Sales Engineer I contributes to the company’s growth by enabling the sales team to close deals with confidence and technical accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts relevant to the company’s products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimates.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to stay updated on product developments and relay customer feedback.

  • Support post-sale activities by ensuring smooth handoff to implementation teams and addressing any technical concerns.
