About The Position

The Sales Enablement Specialist will drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth by leading sales support operations, optimizing processes and CRM data integrity, developing team capabilities, and delivering strategic insights that enhance execution, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Sales Training, Process Optimization. or equivalent
  • Experience validating products, models, and system configurations to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to product configurations, pricing, and system functionality, delivering timely and effective resolutions.
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Owns CRM accuracy and integrity, ensuring all customer interactions, sales activities, and documentation are complete, accessible, and compliant with standards.
  • Leads and develops the sales support team through coaching, training, and performance management to drive productivity and execution quality.
  • Develops and implements advanced sales support strategies to improve sales effectiveness, revenue growth, and commercial performance.
  • Operates under limited supervision while contributing to the development and execution of regional sales policies and operational priorities.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, product) to streamline processes, resolve issues, and improve customer experience.
