About The Position

Blue J is seeking a passionate, resourceful, and driven Sales Enablement Program Manager to join their Go-to-Market teams. This role is crucial for accelerating ramp-up times, enhancing skills, and optimizing performance within the sales and customer-facing departments. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to learning, fostering development in others, and thriving in a dynamic, collaborative setting. Key responsibilities include improving onboarding processes, delivering engaging training, establishing scalable enablement programs, and collaborating with various departments to boost overall performance. This position requires close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources for success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement Program Manager, Learning & Development, or a similar enablement role.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing GTM role such as: Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR), Account Executive, Account Manager, and Partnerships Representative.
  • Passionate about learning and helping others grow.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and driven.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
  • Comfortable using data, feedback, and insights to measure success and continuously improve enablement programs.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to drive efficiency, improve workflows, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with an LMS (WorkRamp is a plus).
  • Experience building out enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Salesforce, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar GTM technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Support and continuously improve onboarding programs across the Go-to-Market organization.
  • Manage and maintain learning paths within the LMS (Workramp), ensuring content is current, engaging, and effective.
  • Update onboarding and training materials based on feedback, lessons learned, and evolving business needs.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop and enhance learning content.
  • Deliver engaging live onboarding sessions, workshops, certifications, and ongoing training.
  • Support the planning and execution of monthly enablement programs and learning initiatives.
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences that encourage participation and knowledge retention.
  • Design, roll out, and continuously improve enablement programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations.
  • Create and maintain enablement resources including playbooks, guides, job aids, and training materials.
  • Track onboarding progress, certifications, participation, and enablement program effectiveness using dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze feedback and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Share insights and recommendations with leaders to continually evolve the enablement strategy.
