The Sales Enablement Program Manager leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of strategic enablement programs while serving as the primary project manager for key initiatives. This role is responsible for driving alignment, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring successful execution across cross-functional stakeholders. By building scalable processes and delivering consistent, measurable results, this role enables Sales to achieve SHI’s long-term strategy through alignment of strategy, structure, processes, and people. This position reports to a Sales Enablement Manager.
