Nextiva is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to own how and when reps get trained on our products. This role will own building and running an enablement calendar. You'll work side by side with the Go-to-Market Enablement Manager, turning the information they gather into training reps can actually use, delivered on a schedule that doesn't overload the sales team.

Requirements

  • Balance training cadence against the sales team's bandwidth; partner with sales leadership to avoid overloading reps in any given week
  • Work day-to-day with the GTM Manager to prioritize what gets trained and when, and flag where reps need more depth
  • Stay aligned with Customer Success enablement and L&D to ensure training remains consistent across all teams
  • Own recurring training as product updates roll in, working from documentation and one-pagers maintained by Marketing

  • Multiple health plan options to suit your needs, including medical, dental, vision, and telemedicine coverage
  • Life, disability, and supplemental indemnity plans
  • Flexible Time Off for salaried employees, PTO for hourly employees, Paid Sick Time, Paid Parental Bonding Leave, and holiday pay
