About The Position

In this role, you will serve as a bridge between our sales teams, product organization, and customers to ensure optimal solution delivery and sales performance. This role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement. Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting roles
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a training, enablement, or coaching capacity
  • You have a proven track record of working with enterprise B2B sales teams
  • You have experience collaborating with Product Management and Product Marketing teams
  • You have strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • You have a deep understanding of solution selling methodologies and sales processes
  • You have technical acumen and the ability to translate complex product offerings into clear business value
  • You have excellent project management and organizational skills
  • You have a data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness and sales performance

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • A background in Legal Technology
  • Previous experience in customer-facing solution design
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and learning management systems
  • Experience with revenue operations and sales analytics

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify training needs and performance gaps across the team
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and certification programs that elevate sales performance
  • Create and manage Sales Training courses within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers on complex sales opportunities to provide guidance and best practices
  • Provide technical and solution expertise during customer meetings and presentations
  • Work closely with Product teams to stay up to date on roadmaps, new features, and technical capabilities
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product messaging into clear, effective sales narratives
  • Share field insights and feedback with Product and Product Marketing teams to inform customer needs and market demands
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market strategies for new product launches
