This role will heavily influence the effectiveness of the US Direct Sales team and thus our divisional annual revenue target achievements by ensuring that our sales teams are prepared to act as trusted advisors solving healthcare documentation creation, mid revenue cycle, and revenue integrity challenges our clients face with Solventum solutions. As a Sales Enablement & Demonstration Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Five (5) years of experience in a clinical (e.g. nurse) or mid revenue cycle (e.g. coding, clinician documentation) role OR High school/ GED or higher AND nine (9) years experience in a clinical (e.g. nurse) or mid revenue cycle (e.g. coding, clinician documentation) role
  • Two (2) years of delivering executive level presentations or educational content
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing and maintain solution training for the field sales team members.
  • Developing both in-person and online curriculum content.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for added, or improvements to, solution education.
  • Managing the Learning Management System content for solution education.
  • Managing the onboarding and continued education learning event calendar.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts in the development and maintenance of educational content.
  • Collaborating with sales enablement team members to develop comprehensive learning pathways for onboarding and continued education.
  • Collaborating to ensure sales enablement tools are current.
  • Documenting and tracking sales enablement event impact on sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to keep current on competitive solutions and market changes in the mid revenue cycle market.
  • Managing team of content specialists maintaining internal demonstration tools.
  • Keeping demonstration tools updated and under continuous improvement.
  • Complying with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
