As the Sales Enablement Coach, you will take ownership of the sales-specific development and ongoing enablement of our North Direct Sales team. Following the initial corporate onboarding provided by our L&D team, you will step in to equip sales representatives with the specific skills, product knowledge, and tactical strategies needed to succeed. This role is responsible for driving ongoing coaching programs, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for selling new products, and managing internal communications to ensure our sales teams are always prepared to go to market effectively.
