Our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group focuses on implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays. As the Sales Enablement & Change Lead, you will drive the global training and enablement strategy for new and enhanced Sales tools, including our Salesforce-based CRM and emerging AI transformations. As an innovative thinker, you will leverage these AI technologies to drive effectiveness and infuse creativity throughout the planning, content creation, and delivery processes. Rooted in adult learning principles, you will design, develop, and scale programs that ensure internal teams and external B2B partners effectively adopt new processes. Partnering closely with regional change teams, you will assess change impacts, develop targeted communications, and leverage analytics to drive global adoption initiatives.
