The Sales Enablement Associate (SEA) is a vital member of Origin Investments’ Private Wealth team, responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and enabling our sales team to focus on capital-raising from RIAs and family offices for private real estate investments, including our private REIT, real estate credit-focused interval fund, 1031 DST/721 UPREIT programs, sidecars, and Opportunity Zone fund. The SEA partners with the distribution team to deliver exceptional client service, manage administrative tasks, and maintain a clean, sortable Salesforce database to drive prospect targeting and sales efficiency. The role is designed to allow the sales team to dedicate 100% of their time to high-value selling activities by offloading repetitive tasks and ensuring no opportunities are missed due to disorganization or poor data quality. This is an onsite position - 4 days in office.
