About The Position

McKesson's Intern program is designed to provide a real-life working environment, a solid foundation of experience, a cohort experience with other interns, and consistent senior leadership exposure and learning experiences. This internship supports the sales team in adopting and using Salesforce and AI-driven tools to enhance customer engagement, prioritization, and sales productivity. The intern will assist with workflow improvements, data quality, and integration of new tools into daily sales activities. Their work will contribute to more consistent processes, improved pipeline visibility, and stronger use of CRM and AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Business Technology Management, Management Information Systems with an interest in sales and commercial operations
  • Basic understanding of sales processes (leads, opportunities, conversion)
  • Interest in CRM (Salesforce) and AI-enabled tools, with willingness to learn and explore new capabilities
  • Basic awareness or exposure to Salesforce (or similar CRM) preferred
  • Comfortable working with data to support analysis and learning
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator, able to gather, synthesize, and translate feedback

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred
  • Sales experience considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support integration of CRM and AI tools (e.g., Agentforce, Data 360, conversation intelligence) into daily sales activities
  • Maintain Salesforce data and assist with field updates and workflow improvements
  • Support lead and opportunity processes, including updates and basic automation tasks
  • Gather sales feedback to identify workflow gaps and support improvements
  • Document processes and create simple user guides to support CRM and AI use
  • Support the automation and the improvement of sales workflows
