StackAdapt is seeking a Sales Enablement Advisor to partner with their Global Client Services (GCS) team. This role will lead the GCS AI and Automation enablement transformation and collaborate with the Creative Services Team. The ideal candidate will work with GCS Leaders to build and drive productivity through enablement strategy and execution. Reporting to the Senior Director, GCS Enablement, the advisor will act as a strategic business partner to GCS leadership, ideating, building, and executing the AI and Automation enablement strategy. They will also partner with the Creative Strategy Leadership team to understand client campaign objectives and translate them into creative strategies. Leveraging data to identify business needs, the advisor will design innovative enablement programs tailored to specific challenges and organizational priorities, ensuring Creative Service teams have the necessary skills, resources, and support. This role acts as a vital link between global strategy and execution, shaping and implementing programs for global impact. The position is remote and can be based anywhere in Canada.
