Responsibilities
- Meet with up to three homeowners each day
- Perform electrical assessments and identify safety concerns
- Recommend repair, replacement, and upgrade solutions
- Present options that deliver safety, value, and long-term reliability
- Build trust and help customers make informed decisions
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- Educate homeowners on electrical safety and home improvement opportunities
- Create confidence through professionalism and expertise
- Represent the South West brand with pride
- Work closely with our operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
