About The Position

Groupe Marcelle, a leader in the cosmetics industry, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Education Specialist for its GTA West territory. This field-based role is responsible for driving sales, strengthening retail partnerships, and inspiring Beauty Advisors through impactful coaching and education. The ideal candidate will be a passionate brand ambassador who thrives in a retail environment, leads by example, and ensures exceptional execution across the territory. This position plays a key role in retail success by enhancing customer engagement, developing Beauty Advisors, and driving growth for iconic Canadian brands. The role requires daily travel to stores across GTA West (Mississauga to Niagara Region) and a valid driver's license.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business or a related field
  • Experience in major pharmacies as a Cosmetics Manager or in specialty retail
  • Proven experience in sales, education, or field leadership within beauty, cosmetics, or a related industry
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and drive results
  • Demonstrated success in retail sales of skincare and cosmetics
  • Strong organizational, planning, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to set priorities, execute territory plans, and deliver results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • A natural leader who can inspire, engage, and develop teams in a field-based environment
  • Passionate about beauty and creating exceptional customer experiences
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Results-driven with a strong ability to manage competing priorities
  • Must reside in the GTA West, Ontario area
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on regional sales targets by maximizing opportunities in-store, supporting retail partners, and ensuring strong product presence and execution
  • Act as a trusted partner to Beauty Advisors and retail staff by providing ongoing training, mentorship, and motivation to strengthen skills and engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management, staff, and key stakeholders to position Groupe Marcelle as a valued partner
  • Ensure flawless execution of merchandising standards, promotional programs, and brand activations through consistent in-store presence and follow-up
