The Sales and Education Executive is responsible for leading their assigned market’s sales, education, and event strategy and execution. This role involves achieving sales goals, analyzing business performance, creating market-level strategies, and building strong brand and retailer partnerships. The executive will also coach and develop retail employees, demonstrate makeup artistry skills, facilitate brand and retailer trainings, and manage event logistics and budgets. Additional responsibilities include adhering to brand budget guidelines, maintaining accurate tracking tools and calendars, ensuring visual merchandising standards, and recruiting, hiring, and training retail staff and freelance team members.
