About The Position

Westman Atelier is a clean luxury beauty brand founded by makeup artist Gucci Westman, offering high-performance makeup with clean ingredients. The brand focuses on a skincare approach to makeup, balancing effective formulations with beautiful shades and textures. The Sales and Education Executive will be responsible for leading sales, education, and event strategies within their assigned market.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in Sales and Education.
  • Sephora / Nordstrom experience is a plus.
  • Team player with a positive outlook and open mindset.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, work collaboratively, and build positive/effective business partnerships.
  • Passionate about clean beauty.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Makeup artistry skills with the ability to connect artistry and education to sales.
  • Flexible schedule and available to work weekends.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region for events, trainings and store visits.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT.
  • Proficient in Google Drive preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and record sales on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales results.
  • Build strong brand and retailer partnerships, communicating with store leadership and management.
  • Plan and execute impactful store events that meet brand standards.
  • Manage inventory levels with retailers to support sales growth.
  • Coach and develop retail employees to achieve individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrate high-level makeup artistry skills and ability to teach others.
  • Provide side-by-side leadership and motivation on the sales floor.
  • Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases.
  • Facilitate and support brand and retailer trainings (in-store, remote, virtual).
  • Own on-boarding training for new retail employees and ensure ongoing training.
  • Maintain education tools and kits, managing gratis allocation.
  • Facilitate and support brand events, including planning, execution, recap, and follow-up.
  • Manage allocation of event resources, T&E/Freelance budget, and event collateral.
  • Follow brand budget guidelines and utilize tracking tools.
  • Complete required tracking tools and documents for key performance indicators.
  • Maintain an accurate working calendar reflecting shifts and daily responsibilities.
  • Maintain VM Standards & Guidelines in all retail locations within the territory.
  • Recruit, hire, and train retail staff and freelance team members, managing their performance and development.
