Sales Director - Charter SE

Jet AviationWest Palm Beach, FL
$100,000 - $110,000Hybrid

About The Position

Jet Aviation is redefining private aviation by focusing on relationships, journeys, and exceptional experiences. As they expand their U.S. Charter Sales team, they are seeking driven, entrepreneurial sales leaders for the Northeast (Teterboro, NJ-based) and Southeast (Opa Locka or West Palm Beach, FL-based) territories. This is an opportunity to join a global leader with a robust managed fleet, a collaborative culture, and a reputation for excellence. They are looking for "hunters" – proven sales professionals with an existing retail charter book of business, ready to leverage their network and expertise to drive growth. This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and is passionate about delivering world-class service. Jet Aviation offers the platform, support, and vision to take your career to new heights. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving the growth of sales and revenue specifically within the Charter division. You will develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and close high-value deals. This is an individual contributor role, allowing focus on high-level strategic sales execution. You will also play a hands-on role in managing the end-to-end charter experience for clients, including booking, accommodating changes, and confirming details for charter trips, while coordinating directly with the Charter Operations Team to deliver superior and consistent service. You will oversee every trip and detail to ensure a seamless and successful charter experience. This role is an office-based position, on a hybrid schedule, working at least three times weekly from the office. The ideal candidate will work from the specified locations and travel as needed for client interaction and team collaboration. The posted salary ranges will default to that of the regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this exempt position will be $100,000 - $110,000, accompanied by performance-based incentives.
