About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Sales Director to lead and expand Resultant's growth in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role is responsible for defining and executing our sales strategy, cultivating C-suite relationships, and driving new business across regional and community banks, insurance carriers, wealth management firms, and financial services organizations. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the BFSI industry, a strong understanding of digital transformation, data analytics, regulatory compliance, and risk management solutions, and a proven track record of selling complex professional services and technology solutions to enterprise financial clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy for Resultant's BFSI vertical.
  • Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and whitespace within the banking, insurance, and financial services landscape — including areas such as core system modernization, fraud detection, regulatory reporting, and customer analytics.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with BFSI decision-makers (CIOs, CFOs, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, COOs, and Heads of Digital Transformation).
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes from prospecting and qualification to closure.
  • Partner with delivery, marketing, and solution architecture teams to craft tailored value propositions aligned to BFSI-specific challenges such as data consolidation, fraud and risk detection, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to organizational sales maturity.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with accurate forecasting.
