About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Sales Director to join their team. This full-time position is located in the St. Louis, MO Area and offers a salary range of $59,000 to $74,000 with a bonus opportunity of up to $4,000 per month. The role involves building relationships with potential residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process for senior living options, managing community occupancy by tracking move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring exceptional experiences for leads during tours and community events. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 6 states and employs nearly 2,200 people.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record as per the insurance carrier's policy.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
Professional in appearance and conduct.
Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills if needed.
Must be criminally cleared.
Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.

Responsibilities

Developing close relationships to support potential residents and families in tough conversations about next-step solutions through empathy and understanding.
Help leads and families problem-solve by shedding light on potential opportunities as they select the senior living option that suits their particular needs.
Responsible for knowledge and driving of gross and net gains in community occupancy through awareness of move-ins, move-outs, and shifting vacancies, as well as assisting Executive Directors in brainstorming ways to save current residents from moving out.
Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.
