About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sales Director to join our team. This full-time position is based in the St. Louis, MO Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with potential residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process for senior living options. You will play a key role in driving community occupancy by managing move-ins, move-outs, and vacancies, and assisting Executive Directors in resident retention efforts. Additionally, you will ensure an exceptional experience for leads during tours and community events, embodying our commitment to hospitality.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record as per the insurance carrier's policy.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills if needed.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
  • Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
  • Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
  • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.

Responsibilities

  • Developing close relationships to support potential residents and families in tough conversations about next-step solutions through empathy and understanding.
  • Helping leads and families problem-solve by shedding light on potential opportunities as they select the senior living option that suits their particular needs.
  • Responsible for knowledge and driving of gross and net gains in community occupancy through awareness of move-ins, move-outs, and shifting vacancies, as well as assisting Executive Directors in brainstorming ways to save current residents from moving out.
  • Ensuring exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.
