McCormick is seeking a Sales Director to join its US Flavor Solutions Team. This role can be based in an office or remote setting and reports to the VP Sales. The Sales Director will be responsible for managing and growing the US relationship with the largest global Flavor Solutions customer, acting as the primary commercial point of contact. This position involves developing and implementing US business plans for this strategic customer, holding P&L responsibility, and collaborating with the customer's US cross-functional team of over 40 individuals across sales, product development, supply chain, finance, quality, regulatory, marketing, and sustainability. The goal is to provide best-in-class innovation, service, and quality to the customer.
