About The Position

Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in Downingtown, PA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and motivating a high-performing team. Must have 5 years Stellantis experience. This leadership role offers a competitive annual compensation of $200,000, and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a respected and growing automotive group.

Requirements

5 years experience as a Sales Director in a Stellantis dealership, or in a similar senior sales leadership role within the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire our 30 man sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and professional development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
