JOLT is a global digital out-of-home (DOOH) and electric vehicle charging company expanding into the United States. We combine EV charging infrastructure with digital media, connecting brands with people in high-attention, real-world locations. In 2026, JOLT will enter the US by acquiring a substantial portion of the Volta Media Network from Shell, adding thousands of charging and media sites. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing global business at a pivotal moment and help build its US presence. The Sales Director will be responsible for driving commercial performance across a defined U.S. territory, focusing on both direct and programmatic revenue growth. This role involves leading end-to-end sales efforts, cultivating agency, brand, and platform relationships, and maximizing revenue through direct partnerships, PMP activation, and programmatic marketplace development. The ideal candidate is commercial, sharp, proactive, and can operate across traditional media sales and the programmatic ecosystem. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with agencies and advertisers, and collaborating with SSPs, DSPs, and internal stakeholders to uncover new demand, monitor pacing, troubleshoot campaigns, and improve yield.
