Kroll•United States,
•$150,000 - $250,000

About The Position

Kroll Cyber and Data Resilience is seeking a Sales Director to lead end-to-end sales of new business opportunities globally. The role is particularly aligned with Enterprise accounts, supporting and accelerating that channel to market, while also pursuing Private Equity clients and opportunities through other priority routes to market. The Sales Director sells Kroll’s Cyber and Data Resilience portfolio, including incident response and recovery, data discovery and management, expert witness services, cyber due diligence, penetration testing and red teaming, AI governance, security assessments and advisory, technology implementation, identity and access management, cloud and application security, managed detection and response, threat intelligence, and virtual CISO services. The position combines new-business acquisition with management and growth of existing accounts. The Sales Director partners with Enterprise account leaders to develop account strategies, identify opportunities, coordinate market engagement, and bring the full portfolio to clients. The role also pursues Private Equity clients, strategic partners, referrals, and other relevant channels. The successful candidate collaborates with account leaders, practitioners, subject matter experts, and solution engineers throughout the sales lifecycle, from lead generation through opportunity closure. Leads may be self-generated or sourced through account collaboration, web leads, referrals, and coordinated go-to-market activity. The ideal candidate is an experienced, independent sales professional who can build, own, and manage a qualified pipeline while working effectively across a matrixed organization. They bring strong new-business discipline, the ability to activate internal account relationships, and the commercial judgment to pursue opportunities across Enterprise accounts, strategic partners such as CrowdStrike, cross-capability opportunities, and other relevant channels.
