About The Position
Paybility Financial is expanding and seeking driven, entrepreneurial Sales Directors in specific markets. This role offers the opportunity to lead, sell, and grow a team while building long-term residual income in the booming merchant services industry. It is a performance-driven, commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, focusing on building your own business and supporting a sales team.
Requirements
- Experience in merchant services, payment processing, or B2B sales (preferred)
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a big plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed
- Comfortable working independently and owning your results
Responsibilities
- Drive new business by connecting with small to mid-sized companies.
- Build and manage your own pipeline of high-potential clients.
- Close merchant service deals that create lasting value.
- Support and mentor a team of sales reps as they grow.
- Share winning strategies and help your team level up.
- Play a key role in expanding our footprint in your region, but supporting recruiting efforts in your area.
