Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience in the chemical industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing international teams.
  • Strong understanding of chemical products, applications, and global market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing teams across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Lead and manage regional sales teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Report regularly to executive leadership on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
