About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of eight Sales Representatives. Based in our Boca Raton office, this hybrid role requires working onsite two to three days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and passionate sales leader who thrives on coaching, mentoring, and developing talent. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving sales performance, and fostering a collaborative, high accountability culture while helping your team deliver exceptional value to customers.

Requirements

  • Five plus years of experience in sales/leadership, with a strong track track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others in a sales environment.
  • Experience with a consultative, solution based sales approach.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and inspire a high performing team.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong business acumen, and a passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with two to three days per week in the Boca Raton office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of eight Sales Representatives.
  • Drive sales performance by setting clear expectations, monitoring results, and achieving organizational objectives.
  • Inspire a high performing, customer focused team through ongoing coaching, mentorship, and career development.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency, effectiveness, and overall team productivity.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Allocate and develop sales resources to maximize performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent while building a strong team culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for team members.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to support customer success and business growth.
