Sales Director - Influencer Marketing

We’re looking for a Director of Sales to drive revenue growth by building relationships with brands, agencies, and strategic partners while leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or revenue-generating roles.
- Experience within influencer marketing, creator economy, media, advertising, marketing services, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Strong network across brands, agencies, media companies, or marketing organizations.
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing and creator ecosystems.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Is highly relationship-driven and commercially minded.
- Loves building trust and turning conversations into opportunities.
- Thrives in startup environments where ownership matters.
- Moves fast, executes well, and maintains high standards.
- Is comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure.
- Understands how to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Lead discovery calls and uncover client business needs.
- Develop proposals and commercial recommendations tailored to client objectives.
- Present Influur’s capabilities and value proposition to brands and agencies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior marketing decision-makers.
- Partner closely with Campaigns, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through HubSpot.
- Represent Influur at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Bring market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends back to the organization.
